These terms apply when you visit this site or buy from ANML KNDM. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
The Founders Pack includes one oversized, black, fleece-lined hoodie in your size, one collector's Founders Token, one clear display case, one colorful PVC bag and one all-black canvas tote. The Founders Pack is a limited edition. Because of the limited quantity, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for a change of mind. This does not affect what we will do if an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, or any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. See our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Every Founders Pack makes its owner a Supporting Founder. ANML KNDM is a for-profit business and is not a nonprofit or tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3). For every $500 Founders Pack purchased, ANML KNDM donates $100 to an independent 501(c)(3) wildlife charity in the Supporting Founder's name, and sends a Supporting Founder certificate in that name by email, separately from the order receipt. ANML KNDM makes the donation and submits it with the purchaser's name associated with it. We choose the receiving charity and may change it from time to time. Purchasers should not treat the $100 as a charitable contribution made directly by them, and neither the certificate nor the order receipt is a charitable tax receipt.
You can also support ANML KNDM with an amount of your choice (a set amount, or “Hero’s choice”), paid through Stripe. We thank supporters and Supporting Founders on our Home page using the first name they gave at checkout, or “Hero” if none; we will remove or change a name on request. These payments go to ANML KNDM to help the company grow. They are not donations to a charity, they are not tax-deductible, and they do not buy goods or services. If you paid by mistake, write to us.
The ANML KNDM name, wordmark, lion, token and all site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them, except for personal, non-commercial sharing of the site, without our written permission.
Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its security. The statistics on our Stories page come from the sources listed there; the live counters are modeled estimates and are provided for information only.
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these terms. The version posted here when you order is the one that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where ANML KNDM is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
