These terms apply when you visit this site or buy from ANML KNDM. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
The Founders Pack includes one oversized, black, fleece-lined hoodie in your size, one collector's Founders Token, one clear display case, one colorful PVC bag and one all-black canvas tote. The Founders Pack is a limited edition of 50, and availability is confirmed at checkout. The price is shown on the Founders Pack page and at checkout, and images on this site are for illustration. Small differences in color, finish and proportion may occur.
Orders are placed and paid for through our Shopify checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless checkout shows otherwise. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
The Founders Pack is a limited edition of 50, and $100 of every pack is donated to wildlife in the purchaser's name. Because of the limited quantity and the donation, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for a change of mind. This does not affect what we will do if an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, or any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. See our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
For every Founders Pack purchased, ANML KNDM donates the full $100 to a single 501(c)(3) wildlife charity, in the purchaser's name, and the whole amount is used for wildlife. The donation is made by ANML KNDM on your behalf. We choose the receiving charity and may change it from time to time. We can't provide tax receipts for this donation.
Anyone who helps an animal in need may earn free ANML KNDM items. No purchase is necessary. We decide which items are sent, may ask for reasonable details, and may decline claims that appear untrue or where a person or animal was put at risk. The program may change or end at any time.
The ANML KNDM name, wordmark, lion, token and all site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them, except for personal, non-commercial sharing of the site, without our written permission.
Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its security. The statistics on our Stories page come from the sources listed there; the live counters are modeled estimates and are provided for information only.
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these terms. The version posted here when you order is the one that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where ANML KNDM is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
