Who we are

ANML KNDM (“we”, “us”) sells apparel and collectibles online to customers in the United States and Europe. For any question about this policy or your information, write to lion@anmlkndm.com.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, your email app sends us your name, email address and message.
• Order information. When you buy, our checkout and payment provider, Shopify, collects your name, email, shipping address, hoodie size and payment details. We receive the order details we need to fulfil it. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data. Our hosting and checkout providers may log basic technical data, such as IP address and device information, to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your order.
• To reply to your messages and to send free items to people who tell us about helping an animal.
• To record the donation we make in your name.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting duties, and to prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store (payment, checkout, shipping carriers, email and hosting), with the charity as needed to record a donation in your name, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising trackers on this site. Our checkout provider may set cookies that are needed to process your order. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we'll update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for your order, returns, and legal, tax and accounting obligations. Messages are kept for as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR and US state laws such as California's, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, write to lion@anmlkndm.com. We'll respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Children

Our products and this site are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
